This place suits me perfectly with its fitness centre, laundry services, and excellent 24-hour security. On my first visit, the staff helped my aged parents kindly. I’m coming back for New Year!

this hotel is an absolute mess! I expected a proper hair dryer, but alas, they were ‘all taken’ which ruined my New Year’s Eve fun. And don’t even get me started on the pool—absolutely disgusting. I woudl ve been satisfied with at least a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but no!

Positive, The location is perfect—just one block from a cool merchant street with lots of restaurants and bars. The pool area is really nice, making it a great spot to chill after a long day of exploring.

fantastic spots nearby for walking and enjoying the city

i loved the central location, with the beautiful paseo montejo just a short walk away and lovely parks like santa lucia park right around the corner, perfect for leisurely strolls.

A mix of charm and chaos

The warm smiles from the front desk staff were a delightful touch each morning, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Enjoyed the vibrant local scene nearby.

However, the noise from nearby clubs made sleep elusive, and some amenities were lacking. There were no breakfast options, and I had to request extra towels upon arrival.

Nice, cool lobby atmosphere. Affordable price.

Air conditioning inconsistent. required multiple room changes. Evidence of water damage and mold present, especially in the bathroom. Found stiff towels and stained linens, which detracts from comfort.

The breakfast was excellent for just 99 pesos, with a great selection, and I loved having two complimentary bottles of water each day. However, the shower definitely needs maintenance since it sprays water everywhere. I'd consider staying here again.
